ln our first interview in this edition, we meet a local Bingham Community Award winner who talks to us about her work with the Bingham Penguins Swimming Club for disabled children. We then talk to a local man about his long involvement with amateur field athletics and our final interview is with the My Sight Notts Charity who help people with sight loss across the whole of Nottinghamshire. In addition, we have the usual round-up of local news and some poetry.
